Flon.no — NorwayProspectus

A marketplacealready built

Flon connects Norwegian households with the people who clean, move, wire and repair. It is live on the web, on iPhone and on Android. The building is finished. It needs an owner.

Plate IThe market

Who do you call when the pipe bursts?

In Norway most people still answer that with a number from a friend. The job gets done, the money moves, and none of it happens anywhere you can search. Flon exists to pull that into one place — a map of small work, city by city, trade by trade.

Every roof is a customer. The lines are the part that did not exist.

Plate IIThe inventory

What exactly is for sale?

Three finished products speaking to one marketplace: a website, an iPhone app and an Android app. Not a prototype and not a template — a working system with an account model, a payment model and a back office behind it.

Plate IIIThe machine

How does it earn?

Three revenue lines are wired and running. Service companies pay a monthly subscription. They spend credits to bid on jobs. And any listing can be promoted for a fee. Invoicing, VAT and receipts are handled end to end.

01

Subscriptions

Service companies pay monthly or yearly for higher limits, better placement in the directory and access to the booking tools. Tiers and prices are edited from the admin panel, not from code.

02

Credits

Every bid on a job costs a credit. Credits arrive with a subscription, get bought outright, or come free through referrals. New providers get one on the house — the cheapest possible way to show them it works.

03

Promotion

Any listing can be boosted, spotlighted in its category or pushed to the top for a fee. Prices carry Norwegian VAT and settle through the same payment rail as everything else.

Plate IVThe hard part

Why can nobody copy this in a weekend?

A job board takes a month. Trust takes a year. Flon checks a person against the national identity system, checks a company against the official business register, matches the signatory to their registered role, then keeps the trade certificates, insurance and permits behind it.

Six checks. The key only drops when every one of them agrees.

Identity
Verified through Norway's national digital identity.
Company
Organisation number checked live against the official register.
Authority
The signing person matched to their registered role in the company.
Credentials
Trade certificates, insurance, permits and background checks on file.
Reputation
Both sides review each other across five separate scores.
Moderation
Reports, flags and disputes resolved from the admin desk.
Plate VThe engine room

What comes with it that you would not expect?

Somewhere along the way this stopped being only a marketplace. There is a Norwegian tax engine inside it, checked against the tax authority's own figures. There is property-tax data for every municipality in the country. There is a content engine that builds local landing pages on its own.

200

Tax engine tests

A full Norwegian income-tax calculator with its own test suite — 94 of those tests check the output against the tax authority's own published figures. It powers a public calculator that pulls in search traffic no competitor is going after.

357

Municipalities mapped

Property-tax rates, deductions and real payment figures for every municipality in Norway, refreshed from the national statistics office by a script that ships with the code.

50

Cities generating pages

A content engine that assembles local landing pages for every city and trade combination, complete with structured data, sitemaps and instant search-engine notification.

24/7

Live conversation

Buyers and providers talk in real time with typing indicators, read receipts and file attachments — on the web and inside both apps, over the same connection.

Plate VIThe handover

What actually changes hands?

All of it. The domain, the complete source for all three products, both live store listings, the database, the written content, the infrastructure and the name. You get the keys, not a licence.

  • The flon.no domain
  • Full source: web, iOS and Android
  • Both app store listings, already published
  • The live database and all written content
  • Property-tax and city datasets
  • Infrastructure, image delivery and email setup
  • The Flon name and brand marks
  • A written handover, and me on call while you settle in
Plate VIIThe ask

Take it further than I did.

I built Flon to be somebody's main business. It is not a side project looking for a quiet place to die — it is a finished platform waiting for an operator with a market to point it at. If you want to see the numbers, the stack and the terms, ask for the file and I will send it.

No price on the page. Tell me who you are and what you would do with it — serious enquiries get the full file within a day.
